On March 2nd, Wang Chaoyang, chairman of Dongchao Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. visited China-Arab States Technology Transfer Center, and both sides discussed about the construction of China Arab States technology transfer collaboration network Shanghai work base, taking measures and hold the Fourth China Arab States Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Conference, promoting the in-depth exchange of science and technology cooperation in East and West China. The two sides agreed to take use of the mechanism of “government guidance, social collaboration, enterprise operation” and give full play of the flexible advantages of enterprises and other market power, to gather regional innovation resources from Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta to combine “going out” and “coming in” policies and jointly promote domestic colleges and universities, research institutes and enterprises to build an innovative cooperation platform along the “Belt and Road” countries to carry out international technology transfer training, promote scientific and technological cooperation and technology transfer projects, enhance the development of related work relying on the important platform of China-Arab States Expo.
