Project Profile: Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone, located near Dongying City, Shandong Province, was completed on November 4, 2016. It is one of the only two state-level agricultural high-tech development zones in China. The region includes several modern agriculture projects, including the Modern Agriculture Incubation Demonstration Zone Program commissioned by AgrikGarden IEDA. The program includes a modern greenhouse of 7 hectares and a vertical farm. The greenhouse has been in operation since 2017 and mainly produces green leafy vegetables, fruits and vegetables, flowers, medicinal crops and mushrooms. The vertical farm is under construction and is one of the largest farms in Asia.
