 本发明公开了一种超临界水处理的氧化脱盐装置，其特征在于：包括加热炉，其引出管道连接水力旋流器的入口，水力旋流器上端的溢流口连接加热炉的回流管道，水力旋流器下部为储盐缓冲罐，储盐缓冲罐底部出口连接一个缓冲氧化器，缓冲氧化器上部连接供氧管路，缓冲氧化器下部出口连接一个扩容器，扩容器上部出口连接储料池，扩容器下部出口连接储盐池。该装置可通过水力旋流器自带的储盐缓冲罐和缓冲氧化器的储盐作用，实现废有机物超临界水氧化处理系统高效、连续脱盐。
