The China-Arab States Technology Transfer Center (hereinafter referred to as CASTTC) is a state-level international technology transfer institution jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. CASTTC was officially launched on the second China-Arab States Expo in 2015. Since its establishment, CASTTC has taken solid steps in promoting the development of bilateral centers overseas for China-Arab states technology transfer under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Science and Technology, it has been actively engaged in the building of international and domestic technology transfer cooperation networks, and a comprehensive information service platform for China-Arab states technology transfer. The Center has organized high-quality training and matchmaking activities on technology transfer, and has promoted the implementation of the “Belt and Road” action plan on scientific and technological innovation, playing an active role in the great mission of boosting scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation between China and Arab states.
