China Arab States Technology Transfer Center

    International Technology Transfer Network (ITTN) is a professional organization designed to promote international cooperation for technology transfer and innovation. Initiated by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and directed by China Association for International Science and Technology Cooperation, ITTN has established a long-term cooperation relationship with more than 400 international technology transfer institutions in more than 40 countries through well-known technology transfer and innovation organizations within and outside the United Nations.

    As a cooperation and exchange platform to promote international technology transfer and innovation, ITTN serves and supports some of the key programs of the International Cooperation Department of the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission. Meanwhile, entrusted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, ITTN Secretariat is responsible for bilateral and multilateral international science &technology cooperation projects at the national level such as China-Italy Technology Transfer Center, China-Italy Innovation and Entrepreneurship competition, China-US University Technology Transfer Collaboration Network, China-Korea Enterprise Cooperation & Innovation Center and APEC University Technology Transfer Collaboration Program.

    Besides, it provides support to China-ASEAN Technology Transfer Center, China-Arab States Technology Transfer Center, Asia-Europe Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center, National Technology Transfer Channel Center, Zhengzhou Center, Chengdu Center, etc. In the past three years, it has organized, hosted and supported more than 200 international activities for technology transfer between China and other countries each year on average, in which more than 30,000 overseas and domestic professionals participated. During 2013 - 2019, it interlinked 21,300 international technology transfer projects.
