Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Nasser – Associate Professor of Communications and Artificial Intelligence – Faculty of Engineering – Aswan University (Egypt). He received his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence in 2016 from Rovira i Virgili University (Spain). He previously served as the Director of AI Research at the same university.

He has led and participated in various research projects related to AI applications in Egypt and Spain, funded by the European Union and various international institutions. He has supervised numerous master's and doctoral theses at Egyptian and Spanish universities.

He has published over 112 international research papers in prestigious scientific journals and conferences. Additionally, he has reviewed and evaluated various research projects, scientific papers, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.

He co-founded two companies in the field of artificial intelligence. He was awarded the State Incentive Award in Engineering Sciences (Egypt) in 2021. He was ed as an IEEE Senior Member in 2022 and appointed as an Associate Editor of the Cybernetics and Systems Journal (Taylor & Francis) in 2024.
