This technology addresses three core issues of traditional alkali-based bone gelatin production-lengthy production cycles, high energy consumption, and severe pollution-by replacing conventional alkali treatment with a bio-enzymatic method using cattle and sheep bones as raw materials. The production cycle is reduced from 60-70 days to approximately 3.5 days, water consumption is cut by 50%, and zero solid waste emission is achieved.
